CHAS Valley is great! I have a wonderful physician that also listens to you! The environment is not a stressful one like other clinics!

Clean fairly new. Very strict no show policy though which is why I am rating lower. Things happen in life. They should be more understanding if you forget an appt.

The facility was great. I would have liked it if there was a more clear way to see which floor things were on. The secretary I was working with at fist seemed to be a little sour... (perhaps a bad day or over worked) But the second person I talked to and the Doc were upbeat. As a new person to the area I would like my first visit to be easy to locate.

This was my first visit to Chas valley clinic. “Pinky” did my initial vitals checks. She was a joy. Jolene was assigned to be my primary care giver, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She was very efficient and thorough. Plus she was very caring. She took the time to get to know me and answered all my questions. To bad there are only 5 stars as I would give them more. I’m really glad to have found this clinic.

I am treated by Dr Hennings and I have been satisfied with the service I received. The appointments are usually prompt getting in and I like Dr Hennings and her staff. Thank you.

The treatment program is one of the better on the west coast with patient counselors who express genuine compassion for the patients. The facility is clean and modern with emphasis on confidential relations.

I have been going to methadone clinics for 20 years. This is the best clonic I've ever been to. It's not perfect and sometimes you might get a little attitude, but no methadone clinic is perfect and this clinic operates as a professional medical facility and they treat their patients well.

Reseptionist can be rude and bitter...but after she gets to know you ...and gets to know your a decent person....she's very friendly. The Dr. Is very cool but will not put up with drug seekers....and that's part of his job...really fun guy. Best counselor there is Harland. Hands down. He is there because he cares. As for the rest... They are ok. All in all its a great place....just don't get caught up in all the politics....get in get dosed ....go to a group when your told.. And you will be golden. But if you plan on using and going to this clinic....you won't last long. Good luck! PS... Been there over 5 years.
